Web users: Sign in at flexinapp.com, go to Settings, and click Manage Subscription.

iOS purchases: Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select your Flexin purchase to request a refund.

Web purchases: Email support@flexinapp.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll review your request.

Go to flexinapp.com/app and tap "Forgot password." We'll send a reset link to your email. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. Still stuck? Email support@flexinapp.com.

Try these steps in order: (1) force-quit and reopen the app, (2) restart your phone, (3) check that you're on the latest version in the App Store. If the issue persists, email support@flexinapp.com with your device model, iOS version, and a short description — bonus points for a screenshot.

Open the app → Settings → Delete Account. Or email support@flexinapp.com from your account email and we'll handle it within 7 business days. All your data, including journal entries, will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Open the app → Settings → Export Data. We'll email you a JSON file of your journal entries within a few minutes. This feature is free for all users, paid or not.

Yes. Sign in to the iPhone app with the same email and password — your journal, streaks, and progress sync automatically. Note: subscriptions started on the web ($4.99/mo) are managed through Stripe; subscriptions started on iOS ($6.99/mo) are managed through Apple. They are separate, so don't subscribe in both places.

Flexin Premium is $4.99/month on the web (paid via Stripe) and $6.99/month on iOS (paid via Apple). The price difference covers Apple's App Store fee. Features and content are identical on both platforms.
